Shipping to the continental U.S. is absolutely FREE! We ship via UPS Ground Service. Everything is shipped  from Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Once I place an order, how long will it take to ship?

Once your order has been placed, your in-stock purchase usually ships within 24 hours during Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).

Typical Transit Times based on state location:

1-2 Business days: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kentucky

2-3 Business days: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut , Rhode Island, Pennsylvania , Maryland, Deleware, New Hampshire, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri , Iowa, Minnesota , South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas,

3-4 Business days: Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Maine

4-5 Business days: California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, Wyoming, North Dakota, Montana

When ordering for special occasions such as birthdays, we recommended you order 7-14 business days prior to the event to help ensure arrival on time. Please call to discuss special arrangements or check out our store locator to find a store near you if you need the item sooner.

How do I return an item?

Refunds

Kickboard USA will be happy to exchange, credit or refund any unused item(s) purchased directly from KickboardUSA.com if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. A $7.50 restocking fee may be subtracted from your refund. Shipping charges for returned item(s) is non-refundable. Please review our Return Procedures below to ensure proper processing. Failure to do so may result in a processing delay and further postponement of your refund.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. Again, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Kickboard USA unless the return is a result of our error.

Return Procedures

You may return any new, unused merchandise for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipping date for item(s) purchased directly from KickboardUSA.com. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt along with the following “Written Reason for Return” form. (One is located at the bottom of this page for your convenience.) Be sure to include your name and address on this form as we will not accept any packages without a return name and address. Please send prepaid via UPS or USPS. If shipping with USPS, please consider insurance as well as delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost or misdirect returns. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of return for processing.

Warranty

The mini, maxi and g-bike are supplied with a six month warranty for material and workmanship faults. During this period it is up to Kickboard USA to decide whether products covered by the warranty should be repaired or replaced. We can only accept claims if the customer has a valid proof of purchase.

Not covered by warranty:

  • Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or improper use;
  • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions;
  • Failure to perform preventative maintenance;
  • Problems caused by using accessories, parts or components not supplied by Kickboard USA.

Certain parts, such as wheels or brakes, on your Kickboard item(s) will need to be periodically replaced due to normal wear and tear. Those parts are easily replaced and can be purchased by phone or on our website.
